can i change my Rover 75 Top hose on my own?

My Rover 75 tope hose is leaking ,is this a D.I.Y job

As Caine says make sure the engine is cold before you remove the hose. You should also loosen and refit the radiator cap and/or coolant reservoir cap before removing the hose to make sure there is no residual pressure in the system.
You will spill some coolant so cover anything you dont want to get wet.
If the old hose wont come off just get a knife and cut it lengthwise at the connections.

yes.loosen top hose clips at rad and engine.pull them along hose out of the way.twist the hose to release it from the rad and pull off.do same at engine.swap parts and refit hose clips.top up with water/antifreeze and start motor, run engine at fast idle for ten mins or so with the heater control in the hot position.this will bleed the air out.switch off and check coolant levels.job done.30 mins.make sure the engine is cold when u do this.
