how can i replace my rear washer pipe on my 1995(m) vauxhall astra?

my rear wash wipe pipe has split in 2, just where it goes into the tailgate i need to know how to replace the whole pipe back to the motor.

U can just join the broken pipe together with a repair connection or as use a bit of new brake pipe this works just fine
