how do i adjust a handbrake cable on a vauxall vectra estate

9 times out of ten it's not the cable adjustment.it's a failure of one or more rear brake auto adusters.adjusting the cble without repairing these results in siezed rear brakes.the mechanisim NEEDS freeplay in the cble to function.fix you'r rear brakes!!
