turbo not working diesal ?

ford focus 1.8 turbo diseal 2001 the turbo is not kicking leaving it with a loss of acceleration

look for any holes in the turbo pipes.usualy you get smoke though with holes.also check for split vacume pipes or a vacume pipe come off somewhere
