How do i get the sound back on my samsung u600???

when i receive or make calls with my samsung u600 i can't hear a thing on the other end but everyone else can hear me. is there a code i can enter to fix this? i've already tried a full reset and this didn't work. HELP!!!!

Mine has developed the same problem. I have found that with headphones plugged in I get sound through the headphones. So it looks like it thinks the headphones are permanently plugged in when there aren't. (also get sound through a blue tooth hands free).
