replacing the heater element in a 767c white knight condensor?

I have been quoted an astronmical amount for this £40 part and £40 labour for a part that costs £6 on the net and looks very easy to replace. Has anyone else done this and found it tricky?

you have to remove the back panel and feed the wires through the black grommet,then connect the pins into the correct place by following the diagram that you will hopefully receive when they send you a new element.takes 20 mins to do if you are steady
