Where does the second rubber Primer tubbing go on a McCulloch chan saw mode?
I have a McCulloch Mac Cat 2.3ci (38cc) Anti-Vibration model 322569 / 322570 Chain saw & the Primer bulb busted on it. I purched another Primer Bulb & upon attempting installatin there are two (2) rubber tubes attached to the primmer bulb. After popping out the primer bulb I noticed that 1 of the tubes attached to the primer bulb goes to the carberator but the other one seems not to be attached to anythint. It's still attached to the bulb but the other end of it looks as if it was not plugged into anything after removing the top covering the carberator. It is just sitting there still attached to the bulb with the other end not attached to anything.
I think this is the tube that perhaps goes to the gas tank & serves to pump primer fluid (gasoline) up to the bulb & the other tube which is intact & goes to the carberator & the other outlet on the primer bulb serves to prime the carberator.
Upon throrough inspection I can not find where the other end of the second rubber tubbing connects inside the carberator housing. I have both rubber tubes attached to the 2 ends of the Primer Bulb with 1 attached to the carberator & have been unable to figure out where the other end of the rubber tubbing goes. Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Thank You.
