possibe 1:original reason for gasket failure not fixed(faulty thermostat,faulty coolant pump,blocked cooling systm,cooling fan failure,any or all)poss 2:incorrect fitting of new gskt.pos 3:warped or cracked head.renew the thermostat(should have been done)as its the cheapest first option.and retest.but the head has most likley got to come off again.ps u did bleed the cooling system after gasket replacment?
