use a g clamp to put pressure on to the piston and at the same time use a suitable pipe grip or oil filter remover and turn the piston anticlock wise then reaply tension using the g clamp. keep doing this until piston is fully back. use somthing on the piston to protect it from damage.. best of look,reece

you have to have the tool that compresses and winds the piston back at the same time.
