My vw sharan tdi 1.9 v reg the window wipers dont work front and rear tried fuses not them and it's just the window wipers wont work its does not even make a sound what could it be
wiper mechanism rusted up - take it out and repair fairly easy to do

i had a similar problem on a polo years ago and it was the relay under the dashboard.
Worth a try also make sure all the multi plugs are tightly connected.
