unless you'r a kid doing hbrake turns,then the cble isnt usually the fault.faild or siezed rear brake auto adjusters usually is the cause.tightening the cble just make things a lot worse.usually to the point of no hbrake AND rearbrake beyond repair.get you'r rearbrakes serviced/repaired.
