yamaha waverunner 650 lx has no spark?

my waverunner has no spark and wont start, i put new plugs in and if i pull a plug out and turn over it does not look like it is getting any spark. any help will be apreciated.

Bad tether switch. Test by unplugging the conection from the handle bar (under the hatch above the gas tank). One is for the starter (leave hooked up). The other is for the kill and teather switch combo.
