how can check my wheelbearings on my corsa?

i have a vauxhaul corsa reg in 1999 and need to check the back wheelbearings but i do not know the correct
tourque vaules for the wheel hub nuts on the back

std test off wbearings is wheel free to move,grip tyre at 12 and 6 oclock and try to move the wheel in and out .any knock or play means suspect bearings,then rotate wheel and listen for noises and rumblings.
