my aquarian shower is drippin?

i have just replaced the cartridge on my aquarian e99 shower as advised by aqualisa but it is still dripping. I think it is water retained in the shower head as i have disconneted the shower hose from unit and no water is coming out, when you shake the head after removal there is quite a bit of water left in it.
Any help please already cost me £100 for cartridge.

I had a similar problem. Was advised by Aqualisa that it probably needs new cartridge. Instead, I replaced the washer where the hose attaches to the shower head. I applied vaseline before putting new washer in and so far this seems to be working.

there should be o: rings fitted to the cartridge they maybe, fitted wrong. As its common that the o rings get damaged when installed, use silicon grease on installation new o rings are maybe 5-6 pounds
