the door on the washer wont open or spin the clothes it is a matsui mwm145w does it have a child lock which needs unlocking

when we set the washing machine to work eg on cycle no.7 with easy iron on or off switch on to go and it starts then after various times it will just stop with all lights flashing - always holding water . then turn off and then turn it back on and itll work . whats going on with the damn thing
