water collects in base of dishwasher.
also when we set the washer to a programme it runs for 5 mins , beeps as if completed but indicator shows on spray and has not wshed.

Hi Bryan if it bleeps and shows rinse cycle, it has aborted the programme.If there is water in the base,the flood valave has tripped.If it is a Diplomat machine, you will more than likely need a new recirculation motor.£160, £250 fitted with vat.Hope this helps, All the best.
