hotpoint ice diamond fridge freezer?

Water keeps appearing in the inside of the fridge part of my fridge freezer. It seems to be running down the back of the fridge and under the salad boxes, but I cant see where from - many thanks

The fridge freezer is 18 months old and suddenly the freezer does not seem to be keep the food completly frozen it is begiing to defrost although you can see ice in the freezer. I can also hear a beep occasionally. It does freeze up but not totnhe required temp.

I have the same problem. I think what is happening is this:

1) Dew drops of water form at the back of the fridge compartment.

2) These run down into the drainage channel.

3)a)The drainage channel is not drinaing the water away fast enough so the water spills into your salad boxes

AND/OR

b) The drain doesn't lead anywhere and so it just dribbles the water on to your floor.

I'm guessing the only way to solve this last part is to get a plumber to hook your fridge up to a drain

As for water dribbling into the salad boxes, either

a) Clear the drain (I'm not sure how to do this but I'm sure there's instructions online)

AND/OR

b) Flick the switch located just above the door. The switch in question has an icon of two water droplets on one side and an icon of just one droplet on the other side. I'm guessing this has something to do with the rate at which water droplets form at the back of the fridge.

Anyway if you find a manual or something I'd be much oblliged.
