kooler king wine cooler-not cooling?

Kooler King, model KKWBC-123.wine cooler. It has a digital temp. display and I can`t find any way to alter temp. setting so am assuming the red/white wine setting is all the user has-does anyone know if this is correct please?Just lately though it will cool down to 0.8 then cut out but it wont kick in to cool until the interior is very warm, this could of course take all day, then it decides to start up, cool down, shut down and do no more cooling until warm again. Please can anyone help me.I have used search engines and cannot even find model listed anywhere. It wasn`t cheap to buy so I don`t really wish to just ditch it.By the way,I don`t drink wine,I bought it for my sons lager! Thanks very much-Don

By Joe I think I have the answer......
I had a guy come round ! (AirCon Engineer) of which he suggested that it may need refilling with GAS !!(Very similar to fridge/freezers) ....so he tapped into the cold pipe with connector at the back of the chiller, placed his gas dial gauges/instruments in place & the reading was very low...(on the back of the chiller on a big white sticker it will tell you how much GAS pressure it needs)...next he refilled with the appropriate GAS to the required pressure (leaving the tapped connection in place for the next time !!), this takes roughly about 30mins in total (Any good AirCon Engineer will know what he's doing) & hey chill out 3 hours later it had come to rest & started to worked as new...mmmm...more chilled wine any one....mmm
Hope this solves the 'prob'

Don, I have the same model wine chiller & have experience VERY MUCH the same as yourself...with in the faults of the chiller, I didnt get mine from Ebay !! either but from a kitchen appliance outlet & as you can guess as the guaranty run out things started to play up....but come the winter months things seem to smooth out....(No good for a BBQ then...ug).....& as you have quoted looking for search engines to get at least a decent answer for this model is a bit painful to say the least...The only thing I can suggest (Of which I will be doing, but not from this company of chillers)..is to get a new one or the other thing to do is store Red Wine only....(Yuck)...
Cheers to Kooler king...not

To adjust tempreature, press "set" for over 10 seconds, then us red and white buttons to change temp up or down.

Don,

You need to make arrangement to refund me for the purchase of this item as i will be putting a claim through ebay buyer protection. You clearly knew this item was faulty and I itend to claim if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction.

A cheque in the sum of £150 is required , credit or debit card are also acceptable.

This item was bought on the clear understanding that it works perfectly, clearly by your own admission on this site and my experience it does not!

Respectfully yours
