the pump is towards the rear of the machine take the back off (don't forget to turn off the power) and look down to the left. to remove it there are 2 bolts with a 10mm head on the under side. if this is blocked it will stop the machine from spinning. a likley cause is a dry joint to the main module this will sometimes stop the machine from tuning altogether or the drum will only turn in one direction hope this is of some help.
