Fiat Ducato 2L Diesel - won't start?

I have a Fiat Ducato 2L Diesel on a 2002 plate. It began having problems starting and the water in diesel light came on. Changed fuel filter and changed to Morrisons from Tesco. Seemed ok for a while, but now refuses to start, but no warning lights. Any ideas ?

this is caused by water in the fuel which wrecks the pump and injectors on the high pressure common rail diesels-urge everyone to stop using Tesco diesel as this problem is more widespread than they would care to admit and has caused millions of pounds worth of damage all over the country in many areas

Hows the glow plugs? r they all working.
when you changed the fuel filter did you bleed the system?
I certainly would not use tesco diesel cause i found it total P*SS and it failed the HM customs test when i got a random stop check.I only stick to Shell, Esso or BP fuel
