my freezer worked fine for about 3months then i noticed that food was beginning to defrosed gradually. when i checked inside the elements where not cooling down, what can i do

Does the motor run when you switch it to fast freeze?
If no- forget it
If yes- Do the cooling fins get slightly warm?
If no-you have a vapour lock or a coolant leak
If yes- you need a new thermostat
Go on line with your model and serial no. to find a replacement. Cost about £15
