My Leisure Alta AL6CD fan oven and one ring have stopped working?

Both the fan oven and one of the halogen rings were in use and then stopped working. The consumer unit hadn't tripped as the other rings on the cooker still worked. I have removed the cover plate at the rear of the oven, but it doesn't appear that the element has blown.
Please would you advise what my next course of action should be?

It's the bi metal thermal cutout. £6.99 from partmaster
