i'd be looking at the ignition leads/and plugs,also depending on whitch model(u don't say)i'd renew the distributtor cap and rotor arm/coil pack.

check ur air mixture screw turn left or right and u will notice the reves drop and higher turn till running smooth also change the air filter if not dat its iver fuel pump dyein or blockeg in fuel line
