The fuses are behind a panel to the right under the steering wheel. (It might look like a mini shelf!) If you have a manual it should tell you where to locate fuse that needs replacing, but you should see which is broken anyway. You can get fuses at a petrol station. All you need is a screw driver to undo the panel. Simple job.
