Hi there , My girlfriend has the above front loader washing machine .It has a problem with the door catch. When the machine is programmed and set away an error is displayed (de) for door not closed ! This lasts for 2 minutes and then the machine proceeds to wash and finish normally . Any help with this glitch would be deeply appreciated .

sounds like a sticky door lock or maybe it has a slightly deformed actuator pin
