Overheating bmw, full water and oil ?

Our 318i bmw (1995) overheated majorly yesterday and the water is full the oil is perfect but still over heated and steaming. It doesnt cool down if the engine is turned off for a very long time. Can anyone help?

cylinder head gasket is gone and your cylinder head is warped. do not start the car any more or you will increase the damage
