my car is overheating and have been told to replace the thermostat,its a seat alhambra 2 ltr s reg.I cant find the thermostat can anyone help.

the water level in the reservoir goes down i have to refill every 70 to 80 miles i cant see any water leak i have also changed the water pump but still the same
