Beko wma510w?

I have a Beko WMA510W washing machine & it is giving me a few problems. Whenever I wash my clothes using one of the wash programmes, the cycle takes longer than usual to complete. Once the cycle is complete the clothes are soaking wet, as the spin cycle does not appear to working properly. When I select the "Spin & Drain" cycle the machine spins as normal & the clothes are no longer soaking wet. I would be most gratefull if you were able to shed some light on the problem I am experiencing with my washing maching. Thank you,

remove the drain hose from the pump (underneath front right corner).now you will see the drain hose has a smaller pipe coming off the side.make sure this is clear and not blocked.check filter and check pump impellor for foreign objects.read manual as lots of programs on this machine will not do full load washing (5kg),they will only do 1kg to 2.5kg max.if all else fails you may have a faulty pcb but lets hope not.
