Leak from AEG 5040?

I am getting water dripping from the front of the machine. It would seem that the water level inside the machine is too high. Is there a float switch that controls the water level? what is the part number?

Make sure the appliance is level or slightly tilted backward

if this has a plastic bottom spray arm make sure it isn't split at the ends as this can cause water to come from the front door seal area.yes there is a pressure hose and pressure switch monitoring the water levels but its not a common issue overfilling on this model.also check door seals are fitted correctly and clean of scale/dirt etc.
