How do I get my Hover CrystalJet Dishwasher to release its cleaning tablet?

I get my Hover CrystalJet Dishwasher D820 fails to release the cleaning tablet, the release mechanism fails and the door will not open automaticaly

same problem, all we do now is put the tablet in the cutlery holder, close the door and start of the cycle - works a treat
