How can I make my oven door close, NEFF B1320?

When closing my oven door it is not sealing at the top hence all the hot air escapes as the fan operates. Could it be a problem with the hinges?

Did you ever get a response from this? I am having the same problem with my Neff B1421, but cannot see how to even change the hinges!

Any advice would be appreciated!

Had any ideas on this yet? Ive changed the hinges but it's happened again after a few months.
