How do I refill my Ariston microgenus?

The water pressure is below 0.5. There are five pipes feeding into the boiler - two with blue knobs. Do I turn both knobs clockwise to refill the system?

open blue tap on left under boiler & then the blue tap on the right untill your pressure rises to 1.5 bar .
shut off the right then the left.
