my servis washing machine still has water in after programme has finished what is problem and how can i solve this

I had this problem and there were rubber bands and coins stuck in the machine and stopping the cycle from completing. Had to call in a repair guy. I used the full spin cycle only, to get rid of the water. It worked for a while..
