How can i fix my epson c46 printer?

My printer green and red lights are flashing after the paper went in wonky. I've tried turning off then on but still the same. No paper is jammed.

Hi, I have done everything that the internet seems to say, clean the ink waste pads, reset all the counters and the printer still does not work, no paper is jammed and there are no torn of pieces stuck!
and the manual doesnt seem to help much!
Is there anything else I can try?
Any help would be appreciated.

both lights are flashing at once how can i cure it

you need to download reset codes for the printer.
just type "epson c46 reset codes" into google and follow links.
you may also need to replace ink pads.
Basically the reason it has stopped and has both lights flashing is that it thinks the internal ink pads need replacing but once it has been reset it should run again.
If you need to replace the pads then they can be washed and dried and replaced. Again instructions on various links. Good luck

Check thoroughly that there aren't any torn-off pieces of paper left in the printer, then check the manual to see what it suggests.
If nothing in the manual, check the Epson web site for any troubleshooting answers.
