There is power going to the unit. The internal lights are all working however neither the fridge or freezer is working.

The red warning light is flashing on the front but the troubleshooting section of the book is no help

I've had exactly the same problem with mine - The engineer that I called out said it was the compressor which is very expensive to replace. I've had continous problems with my fridge freezer since I bought it. The fridge stops working periodically and I have to completely defrost the freezer to get it working again. Would never by a service one again - seems to be a common fault!
