any known problems?

i have a silencio 850 that leaks water from around the front left of the unit.
i think i have traced it back to the front door seal which is very soft and spongy on the lower part of the seal.
is this a comon thing as i dont want to replace it to find i have to throw the thing over the neigbours fence.
And is it a mission to fit
many thanks

I had a similar problem.
If a lot of soap bubbles come out with the water it is just that the bubbles are suspending the water which causes the water to go above the bottom door seal level.
If the soap manufacturer changed there soap formula without notice it could cause excess bubbles (my problem).
All I did was to reduce the mount of soap - has not leaked since.

We have just had the same problem, tonight we fitted new door seals and it leaked worse, thinking it may be the pump cut off or sensor for filling.
so good luck.
let us know what you find.
we are still trying, but have tried an old trick told to me by a repair man years ago put lectric soda crystals into the water about 1/2 to 1 cup and ran it to clean out pumps etc, worked then and may be working now,
this run its not leaking but our problem came and went so who knows, too early to tell, if its fixed will have to remember to mop the floors now they dont get a regular wash.
