Do you have the manual? Programming tax codes is in the back of the manual, though the tax codes are from 1998 when it was printed so you would need to use current tax codes for your location. (I have a 9150 manual for $20 if you need one - slateworks@yahoo.com ).

It is complicated on Royals. I will need to know how it is setup currently. If you check the manual, there will be a section on reading the tax program. Print out the program for tax, and get back to me with the figures, then we can go further.
