The cable has come undone underneeth the chair and we cant see where it fits back on

I too would like an answer on how to repair the cable.

My cable has also detached in some way.

I've taken some of the staples out and find that the cable is in a vinyl sleeve. The sleeve is secured to the release mechanism (which the hand uses to operate the unfolding recliner).

It seems that the metal cable has detached from the release mechanism. I can't seem to move the metal cable so as to reattach it to the handle.

Any advice would be greatly appreceated
