Hi my screen has gone black but my keys still light up i can still hear everything like texts but cant see them! Im really worried about losing my pictures and videos because some of them are really speacial to me!! HELP!

Just get a replacement which takes the same memory card and then shuff the memory card into your replacement and you have all the pictures

my phone has done exactly the same thing, I've been on to the makers of it and the only thing you can do is send it for repair, or get a replacement. sorry!
