could you advise on possible reasons for battery light coming on intermittently? Battery has been checked and ok.....help?

Check drive belt is at correct tension,check all bolts are tight on alternator,check all leads at battery are tight,check the earth lead from engine/geerbox to body is tight if all ok you must have your alternator checked as it could be the field windings starting to short out do'nt leave this to long though. good luck
