All my lights on my Epson RX425 printer are flashing and the letter "E" is showing in the page counter display.
I have downloaded SSC Service Utilty program as suggested by one of the subscribers, but I don't understand how to use it with regard to my printer problem, can anyone help.

OPEN SSC UTILITIES,DROP DOWN CONFIG BOX,SELECT RX420 MODEL,CLOSE BOX,THEN RIGHT CLICK ON TRAY ICON AND SELECT INK FREEZER,AND RESTORE VALUES BACK, OK ON COMPLETION,THEN RESTART YOUR PRINTER AND ALL SERVICE LIGHTS SHOULD BE OFF.
