where is the fuse for my water pump in my corsa?

I have a vauxhall corsa breeze 1998, bu t all of a sudden I can not get any water out to clean my windscreen, I suspect it is a fuse but I have no idea which one it is, does anybody know.

Hi, fuse# 16 bottom row nearest to the data link connector is for the window wipers and fuse# 11 top row 11th from data link is for the headlight washers also fuse# 19 bottom row 4th from data link headlight washers, nothing listed for just the washer pump
