marster reset code?

gardiner technology alarm systems
gardtec 500 series
setting the alarm the wrong code was put into the panel. the alarm was reset with the correct code to clear the bell box and internal bell from ringing this did not work and the code that was used will not reset the system now can you help

sounds like the person who fitted the alarm programmed the alarm to be reset by use of the engineers code, if you can not get this code come back on site and talk you through crashing the panel to put it back to factory codes,hope this helps
