The cooling fan on my Stoves oven has stopped working?

I have a Stoves oven model Q720EM. A cooling fan located at the rear of the oven has stopped working and I can't use the oven or grill for long periods.
The cooling fan has been replaced but it still does not work.
Any idea's ?

Thank you Mark - similar problem and slackening off the screws of the rear housing unit beside the cooling fan was all we had to do to get it working again.

hi i had the same problem. i found that the rear metal plate at the back of the oven which houses the fan behind had been slightly bent in and obstructing the fan preventing it from turning when switched on..i just put screw driver in slots near fan and gently eased plate away from fan its now ok.i think what caused it was when puttng baking trays on shelf was pushing up against fan housing and bending back plate hope this helps someone

had stoves built in double oven fiited today ...what a noise.when I turn it on I don't think I can stand the noise when I am cooking , when I bought I gathered the fan started after you turned it off. If I want a slice of toast I have to endure that noise for 15 min

Hi try changing the thermal switch

Check the load resistor next to it. Do not attempt to run it without a resistor or you will damage the fan motor.
