Potterton Promax HE Plus LPG (Error E164)?

Please can anyone advise urgently on a Potterton Promax HE Plus LPG showing Error E164. Got no hot water and messy child urgently needing a bath.

Having the same problem which is how I found your question.

Have you tried resetting it? Twist the left knob counter clockwise for at least 3 seconds.

If this works, you may need to do it each time to start it
