ford cvt auto transmision noisy & grabbing at slow speeds?

ford fiesta cvt auto box done 38.000 miles grabs at slow speeds makes very high pitch noise when pulling
can you give me some pointers to fault .can a different type of auto transmision be fitted to this L reg ford fiesta

Hi what do you mean by grabs?
And they do make quite a lot of noise,well known high pitch sqeal from the pump but could be worse from your,s would need to hear to say for sure.
