can I fix a 4 inch Manrose Timer fan in my bathroom using the the three wire connections ( Earth .Negative & Positive)from the bathroom Light

Yes you can use the light switch but fan will not run with timer unless there is another supply to fan, else when you turn light off fan will stop as voltage has been turned off
