how can i fix my bosch washing machine?

my bosch washing machine wont drain the water out, i had someone look at it once before and he said the problem is not the pump.

drain filter blockage,pipe blockage, OR THE PUMP
clean the filter, clean/check all the pipes from the bottom of the outer drum through to the drain hose check the PUMP on the way.
