Sorry got that wrong, insert key, turn to pos 2, lights on on the dash but don't start the car. Press lock on the fob and it will sync up and work.

Insert key in ignition. Turn to position 1 or 2, no lights showing on dash. Press unlock doors and it should resync itself.
