How can I fix SteamVac Widepath 6000 hose?

Short accordian beige hose needs to be replaced on my SteamVac Widepath 6000. How or where can I get one? Cleaner is not suctioning well, although hose is currently taped up.

I have the same problem. The problem that I experience is that the vaacuum works fine, however, the water leaks all over due to the leak. I guess this doesn't help you at all.

If you've got a suction problem when not using the hose, try cleaning the lint filter that is either located on the bottom of the steamer (it is red) or under a clear triangular piece of plastic on the top of the nozzle housing. This should bring your suction back.

The hole in the hose will only affect the suction when the handle is in the upright position and you are using the hose. If you use the hose a lot, you might want to take it in to a repair shop and have it replaced. If you don't use it that often, duct tape works well.
